GIVE OXYGEN OR ARTIFICIAL RESPIRATION IF NECESSARY. TREAT AREAS
EXPOSED TO FROSTBI TE. SKIN:FLUSH AFFECTED AREA WITH TEPIDWATER. DO
NOT USE HOT WATER. EYES:*DO NOT FLUSH THE EYES WITH HOT OR EVEN
TEPID WATER. OPEN EYELIDS AND ALLOW LIQUID TO EVAPORATE.
