FRESH AIR. GIVE ARTIFICIAL RESPIRATION IF NOT BREATHING. GIVE
OXYGEN IF BREA THING IS DIFFICULT. CALL A PHYSICIAN. EYES: FLUSH
WITH WATER.

Flash Point:NA
Extinguishing Media:HELIUM CANNOT CATCH FIRE. USE MEDIA APPROPRIATE FOR
SURROUNDING FIRE.
Fire Fighting Procedures:EVACUATE PERSONNEL FROM DANGER AREA.
IMMEDIATELY DELUGE CONTAINERS W/WATER SPRAY FROM MAXIMUM DISTANCE
UNTIL COOL, THEN MOVE CONTAINERS AWAY FROM FIRE AREA.
Unusual Fire/Explosion Hazard:CONTAINER MAY RUPTURE W/HEAT OF FIRE. DO
NOT SUBJECT CONTAINER TO TEMPERATURES HIGHER THAN 52 C. MOST

Accidental Release

Spill Release Procedures:EVACUATE PERSONNEL FROM DANGER AREA. USE SCBA
WHERE NEEDED. SHUT OFF LEAK IF WITHOUT RISK. VENTILATE LEAK AREA OR
MOVE LEAKING CONTAINER TO WELL-VENTILATED AREA. TEST AREA,
ESPECIALLY CONFINED AREAS, FOR SUFFICIENT OXYGEN CONTENT PRIOR TO

DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND PRESSURES TO BE ENCOUNTERED. CAN CAUSE RAPID
SUFFOCATION DUE TO OXYGEN DEFICIENCY.
Other Precautions:STORE/USE W/ADEQUATE VENT. CLOSE VALVE WHEN NOT IN
USE OR EMPTY. DO NOT STRIKE ARC ON CYLINDER OR GROUND CYLINDER.
NEVER WORK ON A PRESSURIZED SYSTEM. IF LEAK: CLOSE CYLINDER VALVE,
BLOW DOWN SYSTEM B Y VENTING TO SAFE PLACE, REPAIR LEAK.
