BRAIN AND NERVOUS SYSTEM DAMAGE. INTENTIONAL MISUSE BY
DELIBERATELY CONCENTRATING AND INHALING THE CONTENTS MAY BE
HARMFUL OR FATAL.
Explanation of Carcinogenicity:TOLUENE DIISOCYANATE HAS BEEN REPORTED
TO BE A CARCINOGEN BY IARC & NTP. PRODUCTS IN THIS SERIES CONTAIN
BENZENE. BENZENE HAS BEEN CLASSIFIED BY IARC, NTP & OSHA AS A
CARCINOGEN. PRODUCTS IN THIS SERI ES MAY CONTAIN TOLUENE WHICH IS A
POSSIBLE REPRODUCTIVE HAZARD BASED ON ANIMAL DATA.
Effects of Overexposure:INHALATION: IRRITATION OF RESPIRATORY TRACT.
PROLONGED INHALATION MAY LEAD TO MUCOUS MEMBRANE IRRITATION,
DROWSINESS, DIZZINESS AND/OR LIGHTHEADEDNESS. SKIN: IRRITATION OF
SKIN. CAN CAUSE DERMATITIS, DEFATTING, SEVERE SKIN IRRITATION.
EYE: IRRITATION OF EYES. CAN CAUSE BLURRED VISION, TEARING OF EYES,
REDNESS OF EYES, SEVERE EYE IRRITATION. INGESTION: MAY CAUSE LUNG
INFLAMMATION AND DAMAGE DUE TO ASPIRATION OF MATERIAL INTO LUNGS,
MUCOUS MEMBRANE IRRITATION, FATIGUE, DROWSINESS, DIZZINESS AND/OR
LIGHTHEADEDNESS, UNCOORDINATION, NAUSEA, VOMITING AND DIARRHEA.

PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO AGGRAVATE PREEXISTING EYE, SKIN,
RESPIRATORY, LUNG DISORDERS, ASTHMA-LIKE CONDITIONS, BLOOD, KIDNEY,
LIVER AND NERVOUS SYSTEM DISORDERS.
First Aid
First Aid:INHALATION: REMOVE TO FRESH AIR. RESTORE AND SUPPORT
BREATHING. HAVE TRAINED PERSON GIVE OXYGEN IF NECESSARY. SKIN:
WASH OFF QUICKLY WITH PLENTY OF WATER, THEN SOAP AND WATER; REMOVE
CONTAMINATED C LOTHING. WASH CONTAMINATED CLOTHING BEFORE REUSE.
EYE: FLUSH IMMEDIATELY WITH LARGE AMOUNTS OF WATER, ESPECIALLY
UNDER LIDS FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES. INGESTION: IF SWALLOWED, OBTAIN

EXPOSED TO EXTREME HEAT OR FIRE. VAPORS MAY IGNITE EXPLOSIVELY AT
AMBIENT TEMPERATURES. VAPORS ARE HEAVIER THAN AIR AND MAY TRAVEL
LONG DISTANCES TO A SOURCE OF IGNI TION AND FLASH BACK. MAY
DECOMPOSE UNDER FIRE CONDITIONS EMITTING IRRITANT AND/OR TOXIC
GASES.
Accidental Release
Spill Release Procedures:COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE HEALTH AND
ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS. ELIMINATE ALL SOURCES OF IGNITION.
VENTILATE AREA WITH EXPLOSION PROOF EQUIPMENT. SPILLS MAY BE
COLLECTED WITH NONCOMBUSTIBLE ABSORB ENT MATERIALS. TOXIC TO FISH.

HANDLING, ESPECIALLY B EFORE EATING OR SMOKING. KEEP CONTAINERS
TIGHTLY CLOSED AND UPRIGHT WHEN NOT IN USE.
Exposure Controls
Respiratory Protection:CONTROL ENVIRONMENTAL CONCENTRATIONS BELOW
APPLICABLE STANDARDS. WHERE RESPIRATORY PROTECTION IS REQUIRED,
USE ONLY NIOSH/MSHA APPROVED RESPIRATORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH OSHA
STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.134.
Ventilation:PROVIDE DILUTION VENTILATION OR LOCAL EXHAUST TO PREVENT
BUILD-UP OF VAPORS.
